Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have 14 days from delivery date to request a return or exchange. Please provide your invoice number or order number when reaching out to us. Refunds and exchanges will be granted where the product in question is returned in the same condition it was shipped, without any damages or adjustments upon return inspection. It should be in the original packaging and courier fees for returns will be at the buyer's own expense. If approved, a refund will be granted in the form of a voucher (unless otherwise arranged) to the value of the returned goods, to use within a specific time frame. A voucher can also be used for a new purchase in the case of an approved exchange, if the final item you wish to buy costs more than the returned item.

 

If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 2 calendar days of receiving your package with a description and photos of the damages to both the product itself and the packaging – email these to hoephoepbaba@gmail.com.

 

No returns or exchanges will be issued in the following cases:

  • Custom orders, including both new and customised/personalised designs, which have already been submitted for manufacturing

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Orders that are returned more than 14 days after delivery

  • Giveaways or prizes
